Red - means you need to make a complete stop. Yellow - also means stop. If you are approaching an intersection and the traffic light switches to yellow, you must stop. Green- proceed, but only when the intersection is clear. Steady Green Arrow - Driver’s making a turn have the right-of-way. Steady Yellow Arrow - Do not enter the intersection. Steady Red Arrow - Driver’s must stop and may not enter the intersection. Flashing Red - Stop and proceed only when it safe to do so. Flashing Yellow - Proceed with caution. Pedestrian Traffic Light with Red Man Icon - Do not cross the street. Pedestrian Traffic Light with Green Man Icon - Proceed to cross the street when it is safe to do so. Drive Safely!
