Highly Malfunctioning Traffic Lights on Maiden Lane & Broadway HD

Here are several videos showing the intersection of Maiden Lane and Broadway. I was walking down Broadway on February 24, 2019 when I happened to encounter the traffic lights at this intersection flashing, possibly for maintenance or because of a malfunction. Instead of showing just a yellow aspect, however, the signals facing Broadway had every aspect flashing for a little while! Not everyday that you see traffic lights acting up like this!
