Ingredients: 1 pkt coconut biscuits 2 punnets strawberries, chopped 2 bottles of heavy cream (2x 350ml) Sugar + Water in a flat container enough fit a biscuit Method: 1. Using hand blender, blend heavy cream until heavy peaks form 2. Layer the bottom of the bowl with cream 3. Moisten biscuits by dipping them in sugar water 4. Then layer moist biscuits on top of the cream 5. Add layer of cream 6. Follow with chopped strawberries 8. Then a layer of cream 9. Then moist biscuits 10. Then a layer of cream 11. Then top up with chopped strawberries 12.
