If your having issue with DNS at home, here are some troubleshooting steps. There can be many reason why your having dns issue. The first thing I try is clearing the cache and cookies. Then I flush the dns, Check to see if there is any proxy setup and then I check the DNS in IPv4. Sometimes virus and malware can cause dns issues.
