Treating tigers for Halloween at Australia Zoo HD

Australia Zoo’s gorgeous Sumatran tigers having some spooky fun today with hand-carved pumpkins and some sweet treats to mark Halloween. Even spookier is that there are less than 400 Sumatran tigers left in the wild. Australia Zoo is home to ten Sumatran tigers and Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors (AZWW) has been a major contributor for over thirteen years to Fauna and Flora International (FFI) to help increase tiger numbers throughout Indonesia. A collective effort is required to protect tigers as they remain vulnerable to extinction and Australia Zoo is committed to this cause by educating people about these awe-inspiring animals.
