Speak English: Greek-American couple harassed for speaking Greek in LA store - TomoNews HD

LOS ANGELES — Viral video filmed inside a California supermarket last week shows a Greek-American couple being harassed by a woman for not speaking English. According to USA.GreekReporter.com, the incident took place in Los Angeles. Blogger Thanasi Papoulias and his wife were waiting in line and speaking Greek when the woman confronted them. In a post to his Facebook Page, Papoulias wrote that the woman repeatedly cursed at them and told them, “Speak F*@king English, this is America.” Toward the end of the footage the store manager can be seen telling the woman to leave.
