How to Create a Multi Page Form in WordPress HD

Multi part forms allow you to collect more information without the frighteningly large forms that happen when they are on just one page. Install and activate the WPForms plugin and add your license key under WPForms, Settings. With the plugin verified you can now create the form. Under WPForms, Add New you will be able to name and create the type of form you want for it. Add any fields that you like and then under Fancy Fields you will be able to add the Page Break field. A new page will be created below for you to add your new fields for your form. Once you save the form you can go to the page or post you want it on, click Add Form, and select your form to add it to the page and finally publish your changes.
