5 Axis Cartesian Robot HD

The 5-Axis Cartesian robot has motion in all 3 Cartesian axes (X,Y,Z) and 2 rotation axes (A,B). A camera is fitted at the end effector. It can inspect a panel of dimensions within the volume of 2mx2mx1m. An IR camera and heating lamps will be fitted to the end effector for the thermography inspection We have also indigenously developed the motion control electronics and CNC firmware. Automatic path planning algorithms are in development.
