Bridgeport Series II Interact 2 CNC Mill - 5 axis machining with EMC, Linux

This is a video of my Bridgeport Series II Interact 2 mill that uses a control powered by Linux and EMC (www.linuxcnc.org). It has five servo powered axes -- X, Y, Z, rotary axis A and a motorized knee W. This video shows all five axes moving, including simultaneously, with under 0.001" error. It also demonstrates flood coolant, spindle forward and reverse, rigid tapping, and circular trajectories. See igor.chudov.com for more details of every step of the project.
