DIY CNC Router HD

This was my winter 2013-2014 project, there was a lot of design and machining involved. It uses NEMA 34 stepper motors, x, y, and z axis are driven by ball screws. I am using LinuxCNC for the control software. The CAM software I like using is SheetCAM. The router was built to make dovetail drawer boxes for my sons Cabinet Shop, but as the video shows it can be used for engraving as well. Thanks for watching
