You can now easily and quickly change the layout of your city! Click the crane button in the build menu to enter the Reconstruction Mode, which is available to all players who have unlocked the “Mathematics” research in the Iron Age. Once in this mode, you can click on anything in your city aside from the town hall, and store it in a temporary inventory. You can also click and drag quickly to store multiple buildings at once. After storing everything that you would like to rearrange, click each item in the Reconstruction Menu, and arrange it back into your city in the desired way. This menu differentiates between production, happiness, roads, and Great Buildings. Keep in mind that every item in the inventory must be placed back into the city before you can save the new layout. Once you are happy with the new arrangement, click the “save” button, and apply the changes to your city. The “revert” button is also there to dismiss the changes you’ve done so far. Have fun reconstructing your city!
