লোভী কুকুর - The Greedy Dog | Bengali Cartoon | Bangla Short Story For Kids Gugu was traveling in a UFO one day and stopped for a while to take some rest. It noticed that a dog was walking around the streets and looking for food as it was very hungry. While he was still searching, he saw a piece of meat in the distance and went running to pick it up. To his happiness, it was indeed a huge piece of meat! He was overjoyed on seeing it and thought to himself that it was the largest piece of meat he had ever seen. Another dog also came to pick it up but this one chased it away. The dog was so hungry that he bit down the meat and was very happy that it was going to be fully his. He told himself that he will enjoy it completely without sharing it with anyone. And with that thought in mind, he started walking towards his shelter. On the way, he had to cross a bridge over a stream. When he was crossing the bridge, he accidentally looked into the stream. To his big surprise, there was another dog inside it and that dog also had a piece of meat in its mouth. This dog thought to itself that the dog in the water had a bigger piece of meat and wanted that also for himself. In his greed to take that piece of meat too, he started barking at the dog in the water. And when he opened his mouth to bark, the piece of meat that he had in his mouth fell into the stream. Only then did he realize that the dog in the water was his own reflection and started crying loudly on having lost his piece of meat. While there was nothing that could be done, he had learned his lesson of being content and not being greedy anymore. He now seemed to have made it a point to share whatever he had. Gugu who was watching all this learned how important it is to be happy with whatever one had. It came to a conclusion that if a person is greedy, to them even all nature is insufficient
