Jon Stewart saves runaway Queens bull HD

He ranted about political bull for years — and now Jon Stewart’s saved a real one. The former “Daily Show” host Jand his wife rescued a steer Friday that escaped a Queens slaughterhouse and hoofed it onto the York College campus. The 2,000-pound runaway jumped from a truck outside the Archer Halal Live Poultry on Archer Ave. and 165th St. in Jamaica, about 10:15 a.m., officials said. “He came running down the sidewalk,” said college groundskeeper David Mathis, 68.
