Alley Cropping - 4yr Timelapse - UIUC Pilot Study - Ground Cam HD

A ground-level version of a 4-year timelapse (1 photo per day, 10 days per second) of the UIUC Multifunctional Woody Polyculture Pilot Study in Urbana, IL. Tree rows contain chestnut, hazelnut, apple, raspberry, currant, and grape. Alleys contain grass-clover hay. At the beginning of 2016, you can see various shade treatments installed on one row of currants as part of a shade tolerance trial. At the end of 2016, you can see some of the alleys get killed to swap out the hay for a new trial using various annual grain crops as the alley crops.
