JavaFX Material Design Library Project #37 : Renew/Submission Card Interface Design and SQL Join HD

In this tutorial, I have designed and implemented the card interface for book renewal/submission. When the user enter a book id, it will be searched in the issue database. Previously, I was selecting book issue row from table and using those contents, fetching member and book information. This is total 3 queries for single book issue data. In the new implementation, I have changed this to single query using SQL joins that improves performance greatly. The card interface is inspired from Android Material Design.
