SQL with Oracle 10g XE - Using ALTER TABLE to Modify Table Columns HD

In this video I use the ALTER TABLE command to modify an existing field column. The command will allow you to change the data types, whether the field can be null, or even the primary key. When using the ALTER TABLE command you would use the keyword MODIFY to make changes to an existing column. Be careful when changing a data type of the null field as existing data may cause an error if not in compliance with the new change.
