LG LED TV 42LV3730-TD Picture Flicker and Jumping issue

Past one month my LG LED TV image (picture) is jumping and flickers attached the Video, need support which spare i need to replace in my LED TV, one Technican suggest to replace SMPS another technical engineer suggestion first need to repalce the T-CON board then only we will able to identify the issue, not able to getting proper support from LG-India, please support me to fix the issue by replacing with correct spare (board).
