PS3 TV White screech screen error (need help!)

Almost every time I play online on my PS3 (mostly when i play Call of Duty: Black ops) after a while a white noise screen appears with a very loud high pitched screech sound comes on untill the TV reboots by itselfs. Unaffected by what happened the PS3 keeps running and after the automatic reboot of the TV everything runs normally untill the next time this error occurs. If you have experienced anything similar or know how to fix this pls comment.
