Mass Effect 3: Sentinel completely immune to damage (Single player)
Mass Effect 3 (Xbox 360) Under certain circumstances, the Sentinel in single player can become completely immune to damage. First max out Tech Armor for maximum damage protection (50% damage reduction), and then max out either Barrier/Defense Matrix (30% damage reduction) or Fortification (40% damage reduction). This will give you 80% to 90% damage reduction. Next, evolve Fitness to rank 6 and choose Melee Synergy. This will give you an additional 20% damage reduction for 30 seconds after killing an enemy with heavy melee. Next, take cover. If you are in cover, you gain an additional 40% damage reduction. Or rather enemies deal +40% more damage when you are out of cover. Either way, you either need 140% damage reduction to be completely immune to damage out of cover (impossible in single player) or at least 100% damage reduction and docked into cover. In multiplayer, a Batarian Vanguard can get over 140% damage reduction in certain circumstances to be completely immune to damage. In this video, I activate Tech Armor and Barrier--not enough credits to respec into Fortification--and then heavy melee a few enemies and then duck into cover in plain sight of enemies and turrets. And in case anyone asks, I am wearing the Reckoner-Knight armor, unlocked for finishing the Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning demo. It gives a +20% melee damage bonus.
