Walfas/OVGmTH 4: Arknights Edition (Episode 2) HD

Anime Plants vs Zombies rocks harder than their rock cancer would allow to in this episode. Welcome to the second episode of the fourth installment of the OVGmTH series. Where unlike the early trilogy, every game franchise has their own episode-centered video. Thus increasing their focus and thus having more skits based around their games, without the thought of overlapping series or not making sense to some, cause the episode with mix in with other games they may not know. Tho, there will be times where they cross paths with other series. So basically, it succeeds LWAfas and Puyo Puyo than OVGmTH. ------------------------------------------------ So why Arknights? Well if you know me, I like me some underappreciated or underrated game(s). Now I’m not sure if Arknights would fit in that category. But mobile gaming/gacha games aren’t taken noticed in the general gaming landscape, So in a way, they’re underrated because of the system and genre they’re on. Tho, they hit peak popularity last year, so there’s that. Second, it reminded me of Plants vs Zombies, which is part of my childhood (interesting that they’re released almost a decade apart.), and it’s a series that’s part of the classic trilogy of OVGmTH. And also kind of reminded me of Touhou Project with drip, cause of the plentiful characters and the banging music. So it’s kind of the old days of when I primary make Touhou Sketches, with random characters from that franchise. And lastly, I’ve wanted to get experimental with the sketches formula, shake things a bit, for almost like 8 years of doing Walfas. And I wanted to include some kind of storyline in between the sketches. Similar to how WSW handle its Halloween/Christmas collaboration video. Luckily, Arknights has only one game to base a story on, cause you got like, Fire Emblem, which has multiple games to choose from. Or it’s too long like Ace Attorney. Or maybe it’s a bit hard to handle like Undertale. Now, this format won’t be a main stay, I will still do only sketches videos. But hey, I don’t know, maybe we can get crazy like having the story and sketches be one or just have the story with little to no sketches.
