Theorem 13.1 Tangent drawn from any point of circle, is perpendicular on the line which joins the center (radius). Theorem 13.2 (Converse of 13.1 theorem) If as a line drawn from any point situated on a circle is perpendicular on radius then it is tangent line. Theorem 13.3 The tangent lines drawn from an exterior point to a circle are equal. Example No. 1 Find the length of tangent line, if the distance between tangent point and center is 13 cm and radius of circle is 5 cm. Example No. 2. In two concentric circles if the chord of larger circle touches the smaller one then prove that the tangent point bisects the chords. Example No. 3. A circle touches the side BC of ABC at P and AB and AC when produced at Q and R respectively then prove that AQ = 1/2. Example No. 4. The sides of ABC, AB, BC and CA touches a 4 cm radius circle at points L, M, N respectively. If AN= 6 cm CN = 8 cm then find the perimeter of ABC. Please Like, Comments, Please... Please....
