Tanker OR Just Bad Match Making? War Robots HD

In this war robots game I drop in on the Dead City map. We have all heard about them, but have we all seen them? It’s hard to tell. That’s the thing about calling someone out on their specific strategy on playing this game. You can never be certain if what you think they were doing is what they actually were doing. I ran into someone that had a 4 bot hanger and had low levels on every single one of them. His weapons were level 9 at the highest. Obviously he came in last and it would be easy to sit somewhere and call him a tanker. However, I can’t be certain because it could very well just be bad match making.
