CRT TV Repair (Red&green screen with retrace lines) HD

Sorry for poor video quality, I filmed this with my phone. Little history: set started to intermittently fill the screen with colors then died completely. After replacing flyback driver transistor as well as a few bad caps, set started up but filled the screen with red&green+retrace lines, after diagnosing, I understood that problem is cathode to filament shorts inside of CRT itself.
