Islamic teacher on TV : Only temporary marriage of Muslim man with non Muslim girl is allowed

The clergyman who is in charge of teaching Islam on Velayat TV supported by Islamic Republic said that only temporary marriage ( Sigheh ) is allowed for Muslim man and a Zorostian , Christian and Jewish girl and that the gynecologist , have not to have visual or physical contact with his female patient !
