You could use this on a monitor or TV that isn’t plugged into anything else to create a TV as well. This is also useful to have on a TV that already is a smart TV- this just brings android into the mix and offers you all the same apps and features that you would have on your android phone. Android phone users should be comfortable with the navigation of this unit. It comes with a remote that has a mouse feature but this isn’t always the fastest and can sometimes be a bit frustrating to search and navigate with, especially when using the keyboard function. There is definitely an easy and inexpensive work around to this, that I do not show in my video, and that is that you can plug in a wireless keyboard and mouse to this box and navigating becomes incredibly easy in comparison to what you see in my video. When using this for YouTube or any app that you will be searching and typing in prompts, I highly recommend the use of a wireless keyboard. For now, I have been moving my keyboard from my computer over to this when I have it on, but I plan to buy a wireless keyboard and mouse to be used specifically on my TV. This has an internal storage of 8gb but a lot of that is taken by Android, so it’s really like 5gb of internal storage. There is a micro sd slot and 2 usb slots so you can upgrade that storage amount. This has both an Ethernet port and wireless. It comes with an HDMI cable and power cable and some other options should you not have these features. This only has 1gb of ram so it can be slower if there are a lot of apps running at the same time. It is a good processor though. The picture is great. It says that it does 4K. I have a 1080P TV so that is the only thing I can test it on and it is definitely running that. It runs fast and snappy when no apps are running. Here is one odd and inconvenient feature: the default language on this is Japanese. You need to go into the settings to change that to your own language, if you don’t happen to speak Japanese and this is difficult to do…if you don’t speak Japanese. See my video- I show you. You basically go to the Globe like object in settings and find your language in the list. When you unplug this or re-boot it, it does return to the default language so you will need to re-set every time. This runs on Android 6 so it is running new and pretty snappy. One thing that you should know about this product is that it comes to your rooted. So you have access to the root file system- you can do whatever you want on this device without limits. It is one thing if you know how to root a device and do it yourself, but anyth
