Rashad Owens the guy who drove his car into a crowd of people at the 2014 ‘SXSW‘ festival in Austin, Texas has been found guilty of capital murder. Owens was drunk at the time and was feeling a traffic stop. He could now face a life sentence in prison without parole. The event cuased the deaths of four people and injured many more.
