PoE 3.0 Elemental Wander - Scion HD

This was my league pusher character. You can start a wander cheaply, but wanders can also scale infinitely with investment. For example, getting a +1 Lycocide with a level 21 Wrath would up my damage by A LOT. But that alone would cost something like 15 exalts. with current gear: 850k shaper dps, with a GG wand: 900k shaper dps. (no real difference here) PoB link: https://pastebin.com/5gN77Xq7
