In KVS Interview , Members of Panel often ask aspirants to teach some topic of the syllabus of school children to whom they are going to teach after final selection. This task is is given mostly to those aspirants who have teaching experience in order to verify and judge the teaching skill of the potential candidates. As we all know that a good teacher should not only have full command over curriculum and subject he or she is supposed to teach but also be efficient and effective while teaching so that his / her pupil can learn the knowledge easily and permanently. As we all know that a teacher must have impressive speaking skills to make the teaching learning process interesting and energetic. In spite of being good speaker a teacher need to focus on following things - I - He / She should be easily audible and clearly understandable. II - He / She should start the class by interacting with students and asking them to participate in teaching - learning process. III - Teacher should ask questions while teaching to know the level & progress of learning among students and should repeat the lesson if required. IV - Teacher should use board given in classroom properly and write required content in such a way that students of class easily can read and write. V - Teacher should use local resources available in classroom surroundings itself to place examples and make students understand. VI - Teacher should use easy and understandable language while teaching, if possible he / she should use be bi-lingual instructions keeping the multi linguistic structure of the class. VII - In addition to above hints teacher should take care of Inclusive structure of the class room and provide support to each and every child in learning.
