Tackle Twill Shirt Design

Demonstration of Tackle Twill for Cheerleading Shirt. Some steps are not shown, such as the design part, which involves designing for the cutter and embroidery. Also, the green background gets stitched around with green thread. Then a guide with white thread is stitched up to help place the letters manually as you can see. At the end there is some minor cleanup work, such as cutting some extra thread that may be sticking out. I also heat pressed the garments at the end as this twill material has an adhesive that helps to keep a very clean finished look. You may choose not to heat press it, if you want a rougher look around the edges of the design.
