Audi MMI 3G+ activate bluetooth phone with SIM data simultaneously HD

How to activate simultaneously bluetooth hands-free phone and SIM card data transfer in Audi with MMI 3G+ system. If you have software version 0770 or higher, you can enable this feature which will let you use your bluetooth connected phone to make calls at the same time that SIM card is inserted and used for data transfer. Also hidden green menu needs to be enabled to perform this procedure.
