Free in the wild HD

During the first half of June 2015, Nily and I visited the Okavango Delta, in Botswana, Africa, the last Eden, as far as I am concerned. With the assistance of my friend Phillip Lategan and his crew at the "Journey Beyond" agency, we prepared a ten days trip, spent in the "Duba Plains Camp" and "Selinda Explorer Camps". The excellent management of both camps, which were located in isolated, intimate and beautiful areas, made this Okavango trip one of the best in my life. Their guidance enabled me to witness African nature in its purist, genuine and most splendid form, which filled my very soul. The music of Born Free (composed by John Barry, lyrics by Don Black), continually played in my head. It is hard to believe that this last Eden on earth is under constant threat of devastation due to human greed and superstition. A substantial amount of the income from tourism, in the Okavango Delta is invested in preservation of these beautiful animals. I can only hope that this clip can do justice, in my attempt to convey my incredible experience. Moshe Alpert
