Invisible Horseman Glitch!? [Battlefield 1 Xbox One] HD

This is an interesting little glitch that happend to me during a conquest game. I get on the horse but my guy is invisible (at least to my eye). I go looking for my friends to find out if they see me but one of them dies and the other is in a plane. I was a medic so I could have revived him but I didnt want to get off the horse. I head into enemy territory and start taking shots so it would seem that the enemy could still see me on top of the horse. I try swording a guy but think I missed, you can hear the sound effect from the sword swing. After the video ends I took a sniper shot as I rode over the hill into a firing squad and died. Id love to hear peoples thoughts on why this happened, what caused it. Also if it happens again what should I test?
