Its an rengar bug which gives you 100 percent cooldown. This bug exist since patch 6.2 and riot didn´t fix it until now. So the aim of this video is to make Riot aware of that so they can fix it and if you like to have some fun go for a custom game and try out. How to get it: First of all you need to get executed while you are invisible in ult. After that get four stacks on your "q" ability. For that tp on the midturret and go for the bird/raptor camp in the jungle. Now wait until yur ult comes up again and acitivate it. Jump on a creep and spam your "e" ability. There you go!
