#63 Раскладка лицевого кирпича, первые ряды кладки HD

10-11 сентября 2018. Строю себе дом. The masons started laying the outer walls around the perimeter. First, they laid out the facing brick in order, without mortar, just to find out the thickness of the vertical joints in the very first row. After laying out about 60 cm of the front brick, 150 mm (three layers of 50 mm) were inserted, basalt insulation, then a layer of 250 mm ceramic blocks 2.1NF 250x120x140 mm is laid. To reinforce (even before the start of masonry), a roll of composite fiberglass masonry mesh 0.5x25 m was laid on the perimeter of the future wall, directly on the base. Further, for a bundle of facing bricks and 2.1NF blocks, a masonry net was laid every 60 cm of the wall height (this is the height of the insulation boards). After 5 rows of bricks, the first doorways opened, there are only two of them - the main entrance to the house from the street, and the door to the garden from the kitchen. Каменщики приступили к кладке наружных стен по периметру. Вначале разложили по порядку облицовочный кирпич ( Белебейский ), без раствора, просто чтобы выяснить толщину вертикальных швов в самом первом ряду. Выложив около 60 см лицевого кирпича вставили 150 мм (три слоя по 50 мм) базальтовый утеплитель, потом ложится слой из 250 мм керамических блоков 2.1НФ 250х120х140 мм. Для армирования (еще до начала кладки) по периметру будущей стены положили рулон композитной стекловолоконной кладочной сетки 0,5х25 м, прямо на цоколь. Далее для связки облицовочного кирпича и блоков 2.1НФ ложили кладочную сетку каждые 60 см высоты стен (это высота плит утеплителя).
