My name is Scott, a Drummer / Producer from Melbourne, Australia. I got tired of clunky cymbals with programmed and sequenced drums. Especially when it comes to working with rock, metal, prog, djent, etc…. That is where bad cymbals sounds can ruin the whole mix. So, I sampled a couple of my own cymbals to use on some tracks. China cymbals at first. After passing them on to some other producers, there was a positive response. “More” they said. CYMBAL PRO was born. I carefully recorded some of my own high-end cymbals, then borrowed a few from drumming buddies, and even visited my local drum store. The result is a versatile collection of cymbal samples that you can use on any project. I’m sure CYMBAL PRO will make your drum kits sound mega, your mixes crispy, and your grooves funky. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT AM I PURCHASING? CYMBAL PRO is a collection of cymbal samples in .wav file format. They can be used with almost any type of Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) or music sampler. Each pack contains a total of 30 samples: 10 x cymbals with 3 velocity hits for each listed cymbal (Hard, Soft, Choke) When you purchase CYMBAL PRO, you are NOT obtaining OWNERSHIP of the sounds – you are in fact purchasing a LICENSE to use the sounds within your musical compositions, whether or not your compositions are released commercially. The original producers of the sounds will always remain the OWNER of the sounds. In other words, we created and recorded this sample collection: so we own it. HOW CAN I USE THE SOUNDS? You may use the sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical compositions. You may release such compositions commercially without payment of any further fees or royalties for such usage. For example, if you are the original purchaser of a sample CD, and you used sounds from it to create the soundtrack of a television commercial, simply by combining a synth loop sample with a guitar loop, and the TV advert was broadcast hundreds of times, you would keep all the royalties that the advert earns you, because you already purchased a private license to use the sounds commercially. You cannot use the sounds in isolation (i.e. when not within musical compositions) as part of a commercially released project – for instance you cannot use the sounds to make another sample CD, or for sound effects on a website or multimedia production – unless as part of a composition with oth
