Elite 11: 2015 Washington DC Regional HD

Washington D.C. played host to the 7th stop of the 2015 Elite 11 tour with over 40 of the top high school quarterbacks from the DMV metropolitan area showing up to compete in hopes of locking up a spot in the Finals. However, when it was all said and done Dwayne Haskins, a rising junior from The Bullis School in Potomac, Md., was the only one who walked away with a golden ticket becoming only the 5th quarterback invited so far this year.
