Earl Watson Elite is one of the top AAU programs in the country. Earl Watson Elite is a program dedicated to helping kids change their lives on and off the court. We work hard to have excellence in the classroom and on the court. Our teams are top teams in the country and we have many future college players. We strive to work hard, get better. Our main objective is to help players get better. We are UNDER ARMOUR sponsored and play in the Under Armour Association (one of the best circuits in the world) The programs # 1 rule 1. It is all about the players. We make no excuses, do things the right way and play the right way. It is all about the team and the program Earl Watson Elite. We are a program with teams ranging from 9u - 17u. We believe in the program model and keeping our teams together through the years. We believe in teaching student athletes life lessons on and off the court. Academics is a huge part of our program.
