Windows XP vs Windows 10 Boot Time

Here is a test on HP mini with same specs: 1.6ghz cpu, 2GB ram, 120GB Sandisk SSD Hard Drive, the results are: Windows XP boots in 10 seconds, Windows 10 boots up in 40 seconds. Both operating systems were installed on the same computer one after another and restarted numerous times to make sure the test is accurate. P.S. Microsoft has a long way to go to match upto XP boot performance.
