training in utah for a day 8/20

First time ever session with Dan Smith. Some punch mitts with my friend Rad Martinez. Basic knife with Brandon Ruiz and friend. Big Luke and I having fun at the end. 2 other sessions that day but no video. head manipulations wth Steve Woody(monster wearing golds gym shirt). Dustin Hinson also dropped by the park. All in all lots of fun training. Thanks to my brother Willie for video taping! You guys wore me out that day!
