[GTA SA] ENB Series For Low PCs (With Link) HD

This is an ENB for low/middle spec PCs. This was recorded with fraps and I decided to leave the original audio in. This was basically a mash-up of clips that I had recorded and put into a video for fun. I have not tested this on SA:MP, but it does work on MTA: SA to some extent. By that I mean it sometimes has the car shinning like it is day when it is night, but it can be toggled in GTA SA and MTA SA with F12 + Shift.
