Do you have any questions | Best Interview Answer HD
In this video Ashwani Thakur explains how to answer the interview question: Do you have any questions? First of all it’s a good sign if the interviewer asks you this question. But this does not mean you are hired. Sometimes interviewers ask this question if they feel that you are not attentive or your facial expressions show that you have a query. But mostly it’s asked at the end of the interview before the interviewer makes the final decision. I would like to tell you that your answer to this question is very very important. Now you might be thinking there is no answer to this question? Because it’s not a question. In fact it’s an opportunity for you to ask a question. That’s right but if you want to clear the interview and have an edge over other candidates then you have to think and speak differently. Don’t take this question as an opportunity to ask a question but use this question as an opportunity to answer the hidden question in the interviewer’s mind. Which is: Are you confident? Can you speak to new people easily? Do you have any prior knowledge about this company? Are you interested in joining? Were you attentive during the interview? And if this interview is just another interview for you in just another company? Some candidates when asked “do you have any question?” Simply answer No Sir, I do not have any question. My mind is empty like the open sky! I have no doubts and no queries about anything related to this company or the interview. In fact if I have any question, I would search it on google or youtube. Now you may say why should I not ask these questions. You see the salary structure, weekoffs, leaves etc. are all company policies and are same for everyone. And even if it’s not suitable for you they will not be changed because of your interview. So they may find someone else who is happy with that salary or weekoff. So if you don’t want that job it’s ok but if you want the job then better not ask questions which are not in your hands or in the hands of the interviewer. There are a lot of things that can be changed and modified after you join the company and discuss it with the right person. Now let’s talk about what should you ask? Some general questions which can be asked in any interview for any position are: 1. When do you want me to join? You basically ask this because you want to know how much time notice will you give in the previous company and if you are a fresher still you need to know this answer. 2. What are the prospects for g
