A simple Shock Mount for the Zoom H2 HD

I constructed a simple and cheap Shock Mount for the H2, using a piece cut from a wire bird feeder, bought from my local Pound Shop, a bit of dowel and a couple of rubber bands. In fact, there was enough material in the Bird Feeder to make two shock mounts. It works very well, and would work equally well with the Zoom H1 and many other microphones. Video shot on the Panasonic FZ45, and narration recorded with the Zoom H2.
