But before we kick this off, we gotta note that we can totally see Ariana’s Barbarella-inspiration that she talked about having for the video – but we’re thinking it also has a bit of a Guardians of the Galaxy vibe or maybe AG is even playing homage to Britney Spears and her “Oops, I Did It Again” music video here. Now let’s focus on AG and “Break Free” featuring Zedd. Starting off with number one, we have the part where she breaks free – literally! Or she breaks free OTHER people, I guess. Yes, the concept behind the video is that Ariana is some kind of sexy space rebel who is breaking people out of space jail. I mean, they’re even guarded by aliens! However, once she let’s all those people free she’s confronted by even MORE space alien guards. GASP! We’re happy to report that she’s able to kick ALL of their butts though. . Moving along to number two, we have Ariana’s zero gravity antics. If you’re in space, you obviously are going to do some floating around, right? Well, Ariana does that as she strips down from her astronaut suit to a seriously sexy ensemble. And the floating! Such a cool visual! . Speaking of, that’s our number three highlight – the fashion! Ariana gets seriously sultry in a number of outfits but the best part is they’re functional too. The power of being a woman… . Alright, for our next highlight we have Ariana again, breaking free, but this time she’s doing it for herself. She was captured by an evil being and she was chained up as his prisoner BUT reflecting the lyrics of the song, QUOTE “She’s stronger than she’s ever been before” and Ariana kicks the guy’s butt to escape. Yayyy! . And what do you do when you break free from a space prison? You put on your futuristic lip stick and go to a dance party with space captain, Zedd, that’s what you do! Yep, the last part of our video also comes in at number five on our countdown. It’s basically one huge dance party with aliens, space people, and an elephant-looking creature. However during the party they zoom off into space, thus ending the video. Where’d you guys all go?? I mean, maybe the story will be continued in her next video? Guess we’ll have to wait and see! .
