It was a hard journey but I wouldnt be who I am today without amazing people posting free workouts online to help others like you and me. So I want to pay it forward like they did for people like me, to everyone I can and help you all get fit for free at home or learn new skills. It is not about having the perfect anything it is about showing up for your reasons why you can and not your excuses or cants.. These are free workouts I create....anyone can give them ago in the comfort of their home and if you need help comment below I am always happy to give modifications.
