This online Zoom meeting presented the new book “Journeys through the Russian Empire. The Photographic Legacy of Sergey Prokudin-Gorsky” (Duke University Press, 2020) by William Craft Brumfield, Professor of Slavic Studies at Tulane University (New Orleans), historian of architecture, photographer, member of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Science, honorary fellow of the Russian Academy of the Fine Arts. Participants in the presentation included American and Russian art historians, photographers and photography researchers. “Talks: Books on Photography” is made possible by support from the Fulbright program.
