Etienne Pelosoff - Headbang to Jazz (Black Metal Jazz) HD
Already known for Trve Brutal Black Jazz, the EP nominated in the Top 10 Albums of the Year by the Moshville Times (UK), Etienne Pelosoff took his fusion of black metal and jazz a step further to create a new monster: a song everybody can headbang to. “I thought: what if Meshuggah, Dimmu Borgir and Snarky Puppy were all together on stage?” This vision exploded during the recording sessions into the most unexpected ideas: an insane drum solo by Amelie G, a film noir-like trumpet by Izarothas, some ghostly opera lines performed by Morgane Matteuzzi and a unique sax solo played by the famous Tim Sanders (Deep Purple, Nina Hagen...). The song was recorded, produced and mixed in Berlin by Etienne Pelosoff himself. By far the most brutal and direct song of his repertoire, Headbang to Jazz is the first piece of a brand new genre: Black Metal Jazz.
