Spectacular night-time video of active Semeru volcano lava dome

Night-time video of the active lava dome of Semeru volcano (East Java, Indonesia) in late Sep 2014: note the strong degassing with purple flames, continuous spattering, inflation and deflation of the cake-like dome as if it was breathing, as well as small strombolian explosions.
