The Honda CRF250 Rally has been a popular motorcycle on many forums and groups and rightly so. It is a great budget bike that ticks a few boxes. I was not overly impressed with it but still none the less I was trying to compare it to my CRF250l that I have tweaked relentlessly to make it ride how I want it.
