PTU 2.4r: Flagged as a Criminal by a Landing-pad Grief Lemming HD

This is an exploit/griefing technique I just discovered. Players can flag other players as criminals by using their body to get in the way of ships landing or taking off. In this video, I was simply trying to land, and happened to look at the external camera. Unbeknownst to me, the player Sassquatch was EVAing towards my ship, trying to get in. He claimed that he could see my cockpit door lowered, but regardless, it is not right that I should get a criminal rank up for his actions. This could be used to grief other players, and should be fixed.
