Let it go | My ideal lyrics (multilanguage medley) HD
How about spending just a few minutes to carefully read this description? :3 So, I came up with this idea a couple of years ago, when I thought of creating a lyric for this song with a substantially beautiful, consistent and flowing meaning, made out of fragments taken from existing versions. The final result is composed of lines, sentences and words bound one to the other, in a chain which stretches on the whole lyric structure. For instance, the contrast “tomorrow – yesterday” can be found in two consecutive sentences [2:54], but a climax like “I’m fine – I’m free – I’m alive” can also be found in rather far lines [1:14 – 2:15 – 3:16]. In this text, I tried not to leave anything to chance and fastened an accurately pondered meaning to every passage, so that the result would have carried a pleasant structure to be understood. In this video, my aim was not of finding a place for every single version. The languages inserted, as well as their extent, depend of the fact I considered a certain version to fit a certain passage better than others. This implies that even my judgment on the whole lyric of some specific version little influenced the quantity of lines taken from it. e.g. even though I only used the Cantonese version for one line, this does not mean I don’t like that version’s lyrics, but quite simply that I only managed to place it in the medley once. The same goes for all of the versions which did not make the final cut. The fact that you don’t see them here, does not mean I don’t like their lyrics, but that they didn’t manage to wedge in the version which eventually developed. On the other hand, lyrics I don’t consider to be as interesting in their whole, might have found their way in, conquering their big or small spot. I guess it’s useless to specify that my judgment over the various dubbers had nothing to do with the choices I made. Last, but not least, let me say I took into account every single version released so far. EVERY single one, none excluded.
